A Letter Sent to Us September 11, 1996:
"Dear Good People at White Magic,
I wanted you to know that I am extremely Satisfied with the carpet cleaning you did for me. It was the best cleaning job that I have ever had done. Thank you so much for your excellent service. I need to schedule another appointment the first week of October to have 2 single futons and a sofa cleaned, as we talked about when I made this first appointment. Also, I would like to purchase a large bottle of your carpet spotter. Someone spilled red wine on the carpet and it dried overnight. I discovered it the next morning and used the bottle of spotter that you left for me on on it, and it totally removed the stain. I really appreciate your excellent service and I will highly recommend you to my friends!

Mistakes Happen! June, 2004.
NOTE: This customer left a note/description of the cleaning job because she could not be home at the time of service. The note was misinterpreted by the technician. He cleaned more than she had intended to relay in the note. When she returned home after the job was done, she called our office expressing her concern. We immediately appologized and sent her a refund check for the extra work. She sent this letter when she received the check:

I am returning this check as a Thank You for your professionalism and honesty in realizing that extra work was done that wasn't requested. I realize that mistakes happen and I appreciate your manner in dealing with this.
